Political cartoons often use exaggeration and symbolism to make a point, and they can also serve as important visual sources for analysis. What is being criticized in this image? What does this source suggest about the issue, and what does the cartoonist want the audience to question or reconsider?

In this image, Trump, his administration, and ICE are being criticized. it is showing a cartoon where trump is attempting to distract the United States people from what in going on in our country. he does this by saying Iran is attacking Israel, and he does this literally because he tries to ignore the violence and harm that he causes on innocent people that he claims are undocumented immigrants. The cartoonist wants the audience to rethink what is going on in the US, not that what is going on in other countries doesn't matter, but the ICE violence deserves more attention.

Today we discussed sources and skimmed through them.

I learned how to skim through a source and find the main idea.
