I don't find it super difficult to adjust my schedule during daylight savings only because an hour doesn't make a significant impact on my lifestyle. My sleep schedule changes almost every night, and depending on how much work I have, what time I get home, etc, I am always going to bed at a different hour. so it was annoying losing an hour of sleep, but I made it up just by sleeping in extra.
Today we read chapter 6 and did a 3-2-1 activity.
