People sometimes feel the need to step away from their normal routines or environments in order to better understand themselves. Describe a time when you needed distance from a situation, place, or group of people in order to think more clearly or gain perspective. What did that experience teach you about yourself?

 A time when I needed to take some time for myself and gain some space from other people was when I went to my gym cafe area to go study. Normally, I study with my friends, but at this moment I needed to focus really hard and was struggling by getting distracted with them. This experience allowed me to think clearly without any distractions. However, I still like the social aspect of studying with my friends because I can be productive while spending time with them.
