When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?
When I am in a mood that I don't like, such as frusterated or angry, I normally take a break from whatever it is that is making me feel that way. Normally, I will go play my guitar or listen to music. I will also play a game on my phone or watch something to calm me down. If I am really stressed, I usually go on a walk and it helps me feel better.
