In the poem, the speaker and his neighbor meet each year to repair a wall. Describe a time when you had to set or respect a boundary with a friend, family member, or classmate. How did it help or hurt your connection with that person?

 One time that I had to set a boundary with a friend was when they kept drinking out of my water bottle. I have an extreme problem with other people making contact with something I use to drink or eat. I am not really a germaphobe, except when it comes to that. Everyday, she would ask if I had water and drank out of my water bottle straw multiple times. eventually, I had to tell her that I had a problem with people drinking or eating after me. This didn't hurt our friendship because she understood, she was just thirsty.

 Over the break, I took a trip with my family to North Carolina where my dads side of the family lives. We got to see the mountains, which was really intriguing and beautiful. I also spent a lot of time at home, seeing other family and friends. We had family dinners, played games, and had many long conversations. Overall, it was a great break with lots of quality time with people I love.  My first goal that I want to achieve this year is keeping my attendance up .
