Imagine you are learning about Hispanic/Latino heritage for the very first time. What would you be curious to know about the traditions, foods, music, or celebrations?

If I were learning about Hispanic heritage for the first time, I would be curious to see what kinds of holidays they have. I would wonder if they celebrated Christmas, or if they had something else they celebrated that day. I would also be curious to what kinds of music they listen to. Lastly, I would want to know what types of foods they have and if they have cultural deserts.

Today we did a cluster and took notes on thesis statements and reasons.

I learned that the Thesis statement comes at the end of the topic paragraph.
